Todd Creamer PE
President / Principal Engineer
Todd is the Principal Engineer and managing partner of C2G and of ALPHA Land Surveys. As Principal Engineer he is heavily involved in the design process and oversees engineering staff who work in K-12, community colleges and universities, and public works projects. He works directly with the owners, developers, and community members during the design process. He collaborates with key stakeholders and community members so that the project will address the current needs of the community and solve the issues that have arisen from the new development.
Todd oversees every aspect of the project to ensure it moves forward. He is involved with site visits as well as new requests and change orders to the design. He ensures that the project is completed in a timely, budget-minded, and organized fashion. He will work closely with the Client and Contractor to make sure that the project is constructed according to plan. He takes pride in all the work that he is involved with at C2G Civil Consultants Group, Inc, seeking to maintain a positive Client experience.
David Dauphin
Vice President/Associate Engineer
Dave is Partner and Vice President of C2G / Civil Consultants Group, Inc. He started working at C2G in 2005 and has grown personally and professionally through this well-established Engineering Firm. As Vice President, he is responsible for the engineering staff and plan development for a wide range of project types. He also oversees quality control on both the technical level of project deliverables and communitive level ensuring that clients are provided with excellent customer service. David enjoys project challenges and has extensive technical expertise specializing in the use of the advanced technologies including over 25 years of AutoCAD experience and experience with other stormwater, transportation, structural and water distribution design software.
